A full POM gear programme — 20 different gears, worms and pulleys
An equipment OEM needed a complete drive-train set: spur gears, worm gears, planetary elements, pulleys and cams — twenty different moulded acetal parts that all have to mesh.
We handled tooling, moulding and dimensional control across the whole set, delivered as matched kits ready for assembly — module, tooth count and bore held to print on every part.
