Send a drawing or a sample part — we make or modify the pattern, pour to your material and standard, then machine, shot-blast and coat in line. Sample casting signed off before any production run.

CNC machining of mating faces and bores, shot-blast, bitumen / primer / powder coat, hot-dip galvanising. Cast-in logos, text and anti-slip patterns from your artwork.
Material certificates, chemical and mechanical test reports, dimensional inspection, and load-test certificates for access covers on request. Pattern stored for repeat orders.
